二、該獎學金簡要資訊如下：

（一）申請資格：申請人未滿35歲，1992年4月2日以後出生之我國籍學生，計畫進入日本各大學研究所攻讀且已於海內外綜合大學或獨立學院畢業者（含可於簡章指定期間畢業之同學）。

（二）其他：欲申請本項赴日留學獎學金需先參加於台灣舉辦之日本留學試驗後再申請本獎學金。

Description:

I. This is forwarded in accordance with Letter No. 35 dated February 3, 2026 (ROC Year 115) from the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association, Taipei Office.

II. A brief summary of the scholarship information is as follows:

1. Eligibility: Applicants must be under 35 years of age (born on or after April 2, 1992), hold ROC nationality, and plan to enroll in a graduate program at a Japanese university. Applicants must have graduated from a comprehensive university or an independent college in Taiwan or overseas (including those who are expected to graduate within the period specified in the application guidelines).

2. Additional Requirement: Applicants for this scholarship must first take the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) held in Taiwan before applying for this scholarship.
